These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with FROSTINI LTD, trading as Mr. Frostini (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation
2.1 A booking is only confirmed once written confirmation has been issued by us.
2.2 We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
2.3 The organiser must ensure all event details provided are accurate.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.
3.2 For private events, payment may be required in advance.
3.3 For corporate bookings, invoice terms will be confirmed in writing.
3.4 We accept cash, debit and credit card payments.
Failure to make payment as agreed may result in cancellation of service.
4. Cancellations
4.1 If the client cancels within 7 days of the event, any deposit paid may be non-refundable.
4.2 Cancellations must be made in writing.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, including
severe weather, vehicle breakdown or safety concerns. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded where applicable.
5. Weather Conditions
5.1 Our service operates outdoors and is weather dependent.
5.2 In extreme weather conditions (including severe storms or unsafe conditions), we may suspend service for safety reasons.
Safety will always take priority.
6. Access & Setup Requirements
6.1 The client must provide safe and suitable access for the ice cream van.
6.2 The van requires adequate space for parking and safe customer queuing.
6.3 If access is restricted or unsafe upon arrival, we reserve the right to refuse service.
7. Event Responsibility
7.1 The event organiser is responsible for crowd management unless otherwise agreed.
7.2 We are not liable for damage caused by guests or third parties.
7.3 Children must be supervised at all times.
8. Food Safety & Hygiene
8.1 We operate in accordance with UK food hygiene regulations.
8.2 All food is prepared and served following appropriate hygiene standards.
8.3 Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before purchase.
We cannot guarantee that products are free from traces of allergens.
9. Liability
9.1 FROSTINI LTD holds appropriate public liability insurance.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the booking.
9.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures or events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Service Limitations
10.1 Service times and product availability may vary depending on event size and demand.
10.2 We reserve the right to limit product availability where necessary.
11. Trading Name
FROSTINI LTD operates under the trading name Mr. Frostini. All contracts are entered into with FROSTINI LTD.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
